Healing happens wherever it feels safe to tell your story
In our opinion, therapy has a massive image problem that needs to shift away from business attire and sterile offices, towards meeting the client in an environment that is natural, safe, accessible and fun! At the foundation of all successful healing pathways lies trust and unconditional positive regard, and therefore the act of “going to therapy” should mirror forming a genuine connection to another human. When this pivotal point is reached, our brains are relaxed, psycho-education is more easily processed, our memories form stories that feel safe to share, and healing from the impossible becomes a reality.
Regardless of your age, gender or abilities, we strongly believe that play and grounding in nature are healthy ways to connect with ourselves and one other. There isn’t a single person here on earth that couldn’t benefit from spending a little bit of time with a therapist to offer psycho-educational support during challenging times, however, most people hesitate or simply resist to take that step.
